Typical content of the consultation
- Introduction to Umio real experience and health / care ecosystem thinking, model and framework
- Applied explanation of experience and ecosystem thinking in relation to the chosen real experience context
- Review of primary origins, differences and persistence of your focal context
- Summary of current tendencies and limitations of prevailing thought, knowledge and practice
- Presentation of how to see, know and act differently to prevent, modify or create chosen context
- Discussion of your existing (enterprise) tendencies, practices and new possibilities
- Exploration of how to grab new possibilities using Umio Health Ecosystem Value Design®.

- Umio-generated MNDA if necessary
- Two Umio responses to a pre-consultation email briefing
- Umio review of any briefing documents up to maximum of 10 pages (sent minimum three days before consultation)
